We want you to love your purchase from us, however if you are not entirely satisfied with the product purchased please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

We offer all customers a 14 days return policy from the day of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unused and in their original condition. Your item does not need to be in its original packaging however if it is not, please label the box with your order number and if possible, include the dispatch note within the box.

At present, we do not offer returns labels, so customers will need to pay the return postage for the item(s), which is non-refundable.

Once the form below has been completed in full and sent to us, please await email confirmation from us authorising your return before returning the goods to the following address:

Once the goods have been received back, our QA Department will inspect the goods and upon successful inspection, our Accounts Department will be notified and a refund will be issued within 7 days, less the initial postage charge.

Please note: We will not process a refund until the item has been received and checked at our warehouse.

If you are returning an item due to damage, fault, not as described or any other physical defect, please provide an image(s) of all relevant points of interest. This will help to assist in the speedy resolution of a return / refund / replacement. Failure to provide images depicting damage of the returning item(s) may result in a delay in this process.
