Are all of your products in stock?
    All products that are physically in stock will display on the website product pages as “IN STOCK”. If an item is out of stock, it will display as such, however if you know the part(s) you are after but notice they are no longer visible or are showing as “OUT OF STOCK” please feel free to call us on 01508 522412 to either place a back order or double check the stock quantities with us.

Occasionally stock has come into us however it may not be booked in straight away, so it is always worth calling us if you see an item is showing as out of stock online.
Are the prices the same over the phone as they are online?
    The simple answer is yes. We never charge more for items that are purchased over the phone rather than online. We simply have a phone line to offer help and advice, and to offer a simpler buying process for customers who do not feel safe purchasing online.
Can I arrange a morning or weekend delivery?
    Depending on stock and the size of the item/s you require, we may be able to offer upgraded delivery services including Pre 12:00pm, Pre 10:30am and Saturday deliveries. If you require this service, please contact us here:, and we will do our very best to accommodate your requirements.
Can I get a discount?
    All of our products are of an extremely high quality and we continue to strive to be competitively priced in an evergrowning market. As such, we do not openly advertise bulk discounts through the website as we do not want to devalue our products, however if you are thinking of placing a large quantity/value order, please feel free to give us a call on 01508 522412 and we will do all we can to further improve your shopping experience with us.
Can you advise me on my home gas problems?
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer advice on anything other than the products and services we offer. We would recommend that you contact your local Gas Safe registered engineer who should be able to advise further.

If you smell gas, think you have a gas leak, or are worried that fumes containing carbon monoxide are escaping from a gas appliance, please call the free Gas Emergency Services emergency line immediately. There should also be an emergency contact number on your gas appliance.
Can you supply a longer hose assembly for my BBQ?
    Most of our BBQ hose assemblies are supplied with a 0.8m of hose as standard, however we can supply any length up to 1.5m. Please note that requesting a longer hose will result in additional charges and this may also lead to a slightly extended lead-time, however we will try to keep this at a minimum.

Although there are different circumstances depending on the type and rating of an appliance, as a rule of thumb we advise that the hose length from a BBQ should not exceed 1.5m. This is to minimise any drop in pressure that may affect the performance of the appliance, and to also minimise the risk of damage to the hose itself. If you require a hose longer than 1.5m in length, please consult a gas engineer beforehand.
