Do you provide tracking numbers for all orders?
    If your selected shipping method is Royal Mail, unfortunately you will not be provided with a tracking number.

If you have selected the DPD shipping method, you will receive a text from DPD on the morning of the delivery with your one hour time-slot, however if you do not receive this information for any reason, please contact us and we will provide you with full tracking information.

Please note that the online progress of your order and any tracking information will not be updated until your order has been dispatched, and you will not receive tracking information from DPD if a mobile number has not been provided on your order.
