What is your returns policy?
    In simple terms, if you are unhappy with your purchase you MUST make contact with us within 14 days of receiving the item, providing as much detail about your reason(s) for the return. We may require images of the damage, if there is any, emailed to us for verification prior to to the return being accepted. If a return is accepted in most cases we will expect the item to be returned to us for inspection after which a full refund for the cost of the item will be made.
