Our cast iron pans will last a lifetime if treated correctly due to their extremely tough material and over time will form a natural non-stick surface, so cooking will require a lot less oil. All our pans have a very high heat capacity which make them great for searing food as well as sautéing, simmering and even baking.
Maintenance is also very easy once you know how to do it properly. A well-seasoned cast iron skillet doesn’t need to be seasoned with every use and with light, daily cooking, you may only need to rinse it, wipe it clean, and let it dry.
