IMPORTANT: Due to delays with our carriers we ask that you add 24 hours onto the delivery time before contacting regarding delays, including next day deliveries.
In the current situation our delivery drivers will not ask you to sign for any packages, instead if you are not home will leave these in a safe place and will provide us with proof of postage. If items are returned to us from the carrier, the refund process is automated, please note this can take over a month if the item has been taken to a UPS collection point first. 
Gas Equipment Direct do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. To get your order to you as quickly as you require, we offer a 24 - 48 hr service as well as a 3 - 5 working day tracked service.
All orders placed after 1pm each day will be processed the following day. Any orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday  (provided it is not a bank holiday).

Oversized Tracked Delivery
Please note this is a tracked 3 - 5 working day service on Items that are clased as oversized or heavy items. This includes meter boxes.
Oversized 24 - 48 Hour Delivery
If you have selected Next Day Delivery, orders placed after 13:00pm on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday. (provided it is not a bank holiday).

Standard Tracked Delivery
3 - 5 working days

This is a 3 – 5 working day service, and orders can be delivered between the hours of 08:00am – 18:00pm.

24 - 48 hr Delivery
This is a 1 to 2 day delivery service.

Please note this is a weekday service on orders placed before 1pm ( Monday to Thursday) 
If you have selected Next Day Delivery, orders placed after 13:00pm on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday. (provided it is not a bank holiday).

Highlands & Islands

This rate is applied to all orders delivered to the Highlands and Islands.
Additional Carriage Charges
Please be aware that certain items will carry an additional Carriage charges.
The items included meter boxes and MDPE pipe.

The reason for this additional charge is due to the weight and size of the item, as these items are classed as 'oversized pallets or 'oversized cartons'.

Do you offer morning or Saturday deliveries?
Depending on stock and the size of the item/s you require, we may be able to offer upgraded delivery services including Pre 12:00pm, Pre 10:30am and Saturday deliveries. If you require this service, please email us on [email protected] and we will do our very best to accommodate this.

My Postcode is classed as Highlands & Islands, are you able to offer Next Day delivery?
If your postcode is classed as Highlands & Islands and you require next day delivery,  please email us on [email protected] for availability and prices.
What happens if I am not in to accept my delivery?
If no one is available at the property to sign for the goods upon delivery, a calling card will be left with the couriers contact details on, so you can rearrange delivery for a time that is convenient for you. If a request is made to leave the goods at the property in your absence, please note that this is just a request and is not guaranteed.

What happens if my goods are returned to you because no one was in to accept delivery?
The carrier should attempt to deliver your goods 3 times before the goods are returned to sender. If no one is available at the property on each of these attempts, and there has been no contact made following the calling cards left at the property, the goods will be returned to us and an automatic cancelation of the goods will happen and a credit will be made to your original payment method.
Please note that Royal Mail will discard any goods not collected/delivered within 3 weeks.

Can I track my parcel?
If you have selected for your order to be delivered via Eccomony / Next Day, please give us an email requesting the tracking and we will happily pass on any tracking details.

Can I collect my goods from you?
We can arrange for collection, however, we will need to take your order first.
We will then advise on the day and time you can collect from our Loddon office. We are currently not accepting walk in sales.
