OUR OFFICES AND WAREHOUSES ARE CLOSED FROM  19TH DECEMBER 2025 TO 4TH JANUARY 2026.

Our offices and warehouses will be closed from 19th December 2025 to 4th January 2026, reopening on 5th January 2026.

Ordering During the Holidays

Good news — you can still place orders on our website as usual during this time.
All orders placed while we’re closed will be processed and dispatched from 5th January 2026.

Customer Enquiries & Emails During the Holidays

During the Christmas holiday period, our team won’t be available to respond to emails or enquiries. You may still receive automated emails (such as order confirmations), so please don’t worry if you don’t hear from us personally right away.

Rest assured: any messages or queries you send us will be picked up and handled as quickly as possible once we return on 5th January.

Delivery Queries During the Holidays

If you have any delivery-related questions while we’re closed, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as they’ll be best placed to help in the meantime. If an issue still needs resolving, we’ll be happy to sort it for you as soon as we reopen.

Returns During the Holidays

Please do not send returns back to us during the closure period.
Instead, wait until 5th January 2026 to return your item.

This will not affect your 14-day return window — we’ll fully account for the Christmas closure when assessing return eligibility and refunds.

Please rest assured that while during this time you will only receive automated email contact from us, any issues or queries will be dealt with swiftly from the 5th January once our offices reopen.

You will find your packages in safe hands with our courier partners UPS and DX Freight.

For all standard sized items (ie. singular meter boxes, hoses, changeovers) we will ship with UPS. You can track UPS orders here: – www.ups.com/track and for bulky items we will ship with DX and you can track your package here: – https://my.dxdelivery.com/

You will find your packages in safe hands with our courier partner UPS.

We deliver to most UK Mainland addresses, with the exception of ‘Highlands and Islands’ locations, as determined by UPS. Please contact us if you are unable to place an order due to your postcode and we can clarify this for you.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING CHARGES

STANDARD – 2 to 5 Business Days – £4.95

FREE DELIVERY – 2 to 5 Business Days – Orders over £60

NEXT WORKING DAY – Next Business Day, Mon-Fri – £12

Orders must be placed before 4pm for Next Working Day Delivery (next working day, Mon-Fri).

Next Working Day orders placed between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday will be dispatched on Friday for delivery to you on Monday. Next Working Day orders placed between 4pm Friday and 4pm Monday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery to you on Tuesday (all Mondays excluding Bank Holidays).

Next Working Day orders must be received into our system by 15:59:59 to qualify for delivery the next working day. It can take a few minutes for an order you have placed on the website to finalise in our system, so please take this into account when placing your order. Your order confirmation email will be generated once your order is in our system, and so the time you receive this at will confirm the time we have received your order into our system.

 

We advise all customers to wait until delivery of their order to book any fittings/appointments concerning parts in their order. While we will always act as quickly as possible to resolve all delivery issues, we cannot offer any compensation for missed fittings/appointments due to late delivery of parts or lost items.

 

If you are not available to receive your order when our courier attempts to deliver it to your address, the courier may take your order to a UPS Access Point for collection by the customer as part of their delivery policy. This will be held at the UPS Access Point for up to 7 days, at which point, if left uncollected, your order will be returned to our warehouse. A second delivery charge will be made to redeliver to the order’s address in this circumstance if the items are still required. Otherwise, a refund of the goods will be provided to the customer. Please note: we cannot reimburse any costs incurred (eg. travel, parking etc.) in collecting an order from a UPS Access Point.

 

By placing your order, you agree that in the event no one is available to receive your items at the delivery address provided above, the courier may leave your items in an alternative location at your address, such as a porch, driveway, or near an access door. They may alternatively leave your items with a neighbour, or take your items to the nearest UPS Access Point.

 

Please note that due to our speedy order processing times, we will be unable to amend any details to an order once it has been placed on the website. This includes items on the order, delivery service, or delivery address. If the wrong address has been entered at the checkout, you will need to have the order rejected from that address and repurchase to the correct address.

 

What condition will I receive my item it?

We double-check all orders before they are dispatched from our warehouse and make every effort to ensure the items you receive are in good condition. However, due to the manufacturing process of the fibreglass and plastic parts we sell, small defects such as dents, chips, scratches and scuffs may be present. This is due to how the manufacturers produce, store and ship their items – to make all items a perfect finish in immaculate condition, the cost of the item would be considerably more expensive to produce, store and ship and therefore the price of the item to the customer would be far higher. As meter boxes are designed for outside use through years of extreme weather conditions, the manufacturers have opted to keep the price to the customer down rather than achieve perfect finishes that would not last for long once subjected to these weather conditions. As a result, dents, chips, scratches or scuffs should be expected and we therefore cannot provide refunds or free-of-charge replacements for items in such condition. Please note that this is the same expected condition and finish for all manufacturers for these boxes.

Expected defects can include scratches, scrapes, dents, and chips that do not affect the structural integrity of the item. We will never send out a meter box with cracks through the material that could affect the structural integrity or lifespan of the box. If there are cracks through the material of the item, it is likely this has been done in transit by the courier and we will rectify this straight away for you.
